Community Fees
Have any owners that pay by direct debit for the community fees not had them paid for January. Mine were not taken, I have no idea why as I had the funds to cover it . This is the first time it has happened in 25 years. Why doesnt the Administrator notify the owners if they are not paid. Many thanks.

I wrote to the Administrator on Saturday 12th November asking him to supply the contact details of the new President. I still have not had a reply. This is a ridiculous situation, we have a new leader but we don't even know her full name or how she can be contacted. At the EGM I complained about the lack of communication and transparency from the President/Administrator. It is clear that so far nothing has changed.
