For some years the sunbed share on the complex has been 90 beds on the larger side and 70 on the other (where the existing heated pool in located) this share has been changed and the split is now 100/60. As you can imagine this is not ideal on the smaller side. Hubertus has been questioned about this as the initial thoughts were that beds were depleting because of damage - his responses was ‘HG call the shots’ . I am here at the minute and sad as it is I counted the beds on the larger side and there were 102 beds. Is anyone aware of why this has happened/any consultation with owners?
On another point the ‘heated’ pool is not heated and in my opinion hasn’t been for some months - I’ve found out now that something is broken and will not be fixed until February 2026.

I am just wondering if everything was completed as I am not aware of our apartment being accessed for the final connection? Does anyone have any information about this?

Quick question had detectors fitted months ago . Out for a week two of the detectors have a solid red light on ? Any help or advise would be appreciated before I try to contact the Company

Ask your neighbours if they have the same problem. Ask reception if general maintenance is taking place on the Alarm system. If your neighbours are not experiencing any issues or maintence is not taking place, report your issue to reception. Or contact the alarm company.

Hi is anyone else having problems with the WiFi this morning?
Also it seems that our WiFi router on off button won’t stay on.
Does Reception or Herbert keep spare boxes or do we contact the provider and request a new one?

The UK TV channels are currently unavailable. All other channels working so perhaps it’s a problem at the service provider end. Is anyone else experiencing the same problem? Or has there been a communication regarding a planned interruption?

I’m sorry we’ve not followed it up. Maybe you should report the issue to Herbertus as the TV package is a part of the community fees.

Whilst over at present, I've noticed the WIFI drops in and out frequently, more concerning is the temperature of the WiFi server box. I'm now worried this could be a fire risk, I'm assuming this server box is a slave from a master system.
Any ideas on how to source a new box would be most appreciated, noone on site seems to be able to assist.
For anyone interested, I contacted the company immediately after receiving the information from Garry, and they have just responded a call out fee of €123.14 is applied prior to any work being carried out. I'm off home tomorrow so it wouldn't be possible this visit, certainly gives you food for thought.
