The attached photos were taken prior to the Monday morning meeting the other week . I discussed with Ubertus & Juano - head of maintenance if the repairs and painting could be actioned ASAP as the complex is looking neglected . Ubertus was not aware of the general condition and discussed with Juano a need to get things moving ASAP.

I was also informed that the Fire Alarm has not worked for several months due to parts being obsolete for the installation. The system works on a transmitter & receiver signal in the apartments that is not a good system to have on a FA & should never have been fitted due to spurious signalling of faults . A hard wired system should have been fitted to prevent this . I will be attending the meeting in June to ascertain if any part of the system can be salvaged , it’s disappointing that again the community will need to asked for money to upgrade the system at a considerable cost .

The upgrade to the electrical supply has still not been completed and may require more expenditure to complete this work .

I will update the forum as soon as I have more information regarding any works that is required & completed to keep everyone in the loop.
