After over 4 years off trying to get my balcony and the rest off the Amarillo block repaired finally its getting done. Its not just the Amarillo block that needs work its all through the complex that require repairs. Still trying to get my head round why during lockdown our staff were in HGS apartments renovating them instead off doing work on outside off the complex hence why the complex is looking tired in places who autherised useing the staff that owners pay for to work in HGS apartments the big question.
