Hi guys , thanks for your response to my question regarding an Audit of the accounts.

There are 113 members in the forum of which 30 have responded with a YES.

The administrator informed me in a email that his accountant is a prestigious Chartered Accountant with 30 years experience .

An audit is essential to the reliability of the financial position of the Profit & Loss Accounts .

If the monetary records are clear and concise then there should be no problem with the administrator providing the information for auditing .

I will therefore email the administrator to request an audit by a registered auditor to be carried prior to the next AGM .
